SUMMARY:DTU Annual Dinner Party 2024
DESCRIPTION:Recently\, the Day Therapy Unit hosted our annual Dinner Party\, bringing together our cherished patients\, their families\, our dedicated volunteers\, and the care team staff.\n\nThis event was both a celebration of our patients and an expression of gratitude to our staff and volunteers for their invaluable contributions.\n\nA special shoutout to Lidl Malta for providing us with most of the food and beverages creating a truly memorable dining experience.  The culinary skills of Alessandro Pirrone along with other staff members of Lidl Malta\, crafted a buffet that left everyone in awe.\n\nThe generous donation of bread rolls from Bryden Antonelli perfectly complimented the buffet dinner\, which was topped off with lovely apple pies from Josie Bonaci of Lija while the fresh fruit served were generously donated by Mafimex Ltd.\nThe ambiance was elevated by the exceptional entertainment provided by the talented DJ Joe Galea\, and the outstanding performance by Rebecca Bilocca.\n\nThank you Mr. Charlton Caruana for the tables and chairs.\n\nThe highlight of the evening was our exciting raffle\, featuring fantastic hampers made possible through Lidl Malta’s generous beverage donation. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to other sponsors who generously contributed to the raffle\, making it even more thrilling:\nLabranda Riviera Hotel & Spa at Radisson Golden Sands\, Candola Malta\, Dove’s Pet Shop\, Liam Antonelli of the Village Core Pizzeria\, Theo Antonelli\, of Isouard Bakery & Confectionery\, Elia Bonaci\, and Top Choice – Electronics & Appliances.\n\nWe’re also immensely grateful to the Archpriest of the Naxxar Parish for providing us with the parish hall\, creating a perfect setting for our event. We must acknowledge the incredible support from Doreen and Victor\, for their unwavering support during such events.\n\nLastly\, but certainly not least\, we are deeply grateful to everyone who played a role in making this evening a resounding success.
