Responsibilities include:
- Recording patients’ attendance and database updates
- Monitoring patients on arrival and at end of DTU sessions ensuring safety
- Prepare for outings and events and help out with patients on the day
- Contact possible sponsors for support during DTU activities.
- Prepare talks/discussion topics for patients
- Accompany patients on DTU van
- Supervise and liaise with volunteers at the DTU ensuring that patient duties are carried out properly
- Perform any other duties as directed by DTU Coordinator
Education and Experience:
- O’Level standard of Education
- Any other qualifications / certificates related to Palliative Care would be considered as an asset.
