DTU Activities and Support Assistant (Part time basis – morning)

Responsibilities include: 

  • Recording patients’ attendance and database updates
  • Monitoring patients on arrival and at end of DTU sessions ensuring safety
  • Prepare for outings and events and help out with patients on the day
  • Contact possible sponsors for support during DTU activities.
  • Prepare talks/discussion topics for patients
  • Accompany patients on DTU van
  • Supervise and liaise with volunteers at the DTU ensuring that patient duties are carried out properly
  • Perform any other duties as directed by DTU Coordinator

 

Education and Experience:

  • O’Level standard of Education
  • Any other qualifications / certificates related to Palliative Care would be considered as an asset.
