What A Wonderful World – A tribute concert to friends we loved and lost

St Monica Choir will be remembering loved ones through a tribute concert of well-known music hits from the 1970s.  The concert will be held at the auditorium of Sacred Heart College, St Julian’s on the 7^th June at 7.30pm.  Entrance will be free of charge and a retiring collection will be held in aid of Hospice Malta, a charity very close to our heart.

What a Wonderful World was chosen as the name for this concert to remind us that despite all the negative experiences, it IS a wonderful world, and the passing of close friends this year has highlighted this.

The choir, accompanied by visual projections, will perform hits like Stand by Me, Imagine, I Will Follow Him, I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing, a Mamma Mia medley and What a Wonderful World, amongst others
