Hospice Malta would like to express its gratitude towards BMIT Technologies for its constant support to the NGO, both monetary and through their IT Professional Services and Support.

Over a number of years, BMIT Technologies has provided IT support for Hospice Malta particularly when it comes to hosting facilities. Through its work, BMIT Technologies aims to power businesses to achieve their desired outcomes through harnessing technology.

As an NGO, Hospice Malta depends heavily on donations and in-kind support from local businesses and communities. All to be able to keep providing patient-centred palliative care free-of-charge to more than 1300 patients every year. The NGO’s primary role is to provide services to patients suffering from cancer, motor-neuron disease, end-of-life and cardiac, renal and liver diseases. Services include home care and follow up visits for patients, day therapy of various natures, hydrotherapy, 24/7 respite care, patient transport, hospital support, loaning of equipment, after-hours on-call support, psychological services as well as bereavement support.
