Farsons Foundation, Farrugia Investments and Multigas Limited recently presented the third instalment of their €115K donation to Hospice Malta.

The payment was presented by Louis A. Farrugia, Chairman of the Farsons Group, to Bernadette Bonnici Kind, Chairperson of Hospice Malta, in the presence of Kenneth Delia, Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Malta, Antoinette Caruana, Farsons Group Company Secretary and Melinda Farrugia, HR Manager at Multigas and Kenneth Pullicino, General Manager at Farrugia Investments Limited.

Bernardette Bonnici Kind thanked the Farsons Foundation, Multigas Ltd and Farrugia Investments for their valuable support, stating that, ‘this donation will be put towards the completion of St Michael Hospice, the first complex in Malta’. She also made an appeal to other organisations and to the general public to support this project saying, ‘the scale of this complex will allow us to further expand our reach and services provided to all the families who need Hospice support’.

“It is with great enthusiasm that we continue to support Hospice Malta helping to make this project a reality. St Michael Hospice will make a big difference for patients and their families, and it will further enhance the already established palliative community services provided by Hospice for the past 32 years. We believe that Hospice plays an important part in the chain of support for people living with serious illnesses, as well as their relatives,” said Mr Louis A. Farrugia during the presentation.
