The Bereavement service is available to relatives/significant others who have lost a loved to one of the diseases  included  in the admission  criteria.  The Bereavement Care Team consists of the hospice social workers and psychologist  trained in bereavement care under  the  supervision  of the  care  Services  Manager.  The first post death  contact  is initially provided by the key worker, with referral to the Bereavement  team or other professional agencies   as  appropriate.   The Bereavement   care services   consist of  support  groups, individual sessions, monthly Memorial Mass and Annual remembrance Event
